Have been working with Cindy, Matt, & Josh in Cole's Pond. So far our experience have been amazing. Home is set to be delivered ahead of schedule and I love the product thus far. Can't wait to get in out new home...Tipton seems to been a good product...comparable if not better than our home in Texas.

Stay far away from this builder. Stole money from us. Lied about home placement on a 2 acre lot we paid a premium for and placed home 28' from the street after promising minimum of 40' and said 65-70' was about where it would be since it was a cul-de-sac. Driveway was also not even close to as portrayed. When we questioned it the response was, "its not that bad". We pulled the plug after their unwillingness to make it right. They took our earnest money even though they didn't even break ground. Don't waste your time with this builder. They will tell you what you want to hear but will not deliver. Built a home with another builder and it was a much more pleasant experience and a much nicer home.

One of the best local builders in GA! Great to work with, and I highly recommend them to anyone I know looking to build a new home!
