Tina was the listing agent on a property that the seller needed crawl space foundation repair on prior to closing. Tina worked tirelessly and flawlessly to coordinate between her seller, the buyer's agent, the title company, and Emerald Coast Foundation Repair to satisfy lender required work for the buyer prior to close. This was no small task on Tina's part to coordinate as they work had to be completed within 4 days of inspection. I would highly recommend Tina as a listing agent to friends & family alike as her level of professionalism, industry knowledge, ability to make difficult tasks simple places her head & shoulders above her peers.

This was our second stay at Seascape, and once again, it didn’t disappoint! We previously stayed in Unit 201, and this time we enjoyed a wonderful Spring Break in Unit 211. Both condos are part of Tina’s collection, and she continues to be a fantastic, responsive host. Unit 201 is slightly closer to the boardwalk and has a marginally better view, but 211 is more recently updated with a fresh, modern feel. You really can’t go wrong with either—both units are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with all the necessary amenities. The balconies are spacious, and the views—framed between the large beachfront homes in front—are absolutely beautiful.
