NEVER RENT FROM TIME SQUARE!!!!!!ALL THE CARE ABOUT IS RENT $$, THEY WONT EVER FIX YOUR APARTMENT!!!! Absolutely horrible company. Beware they trick you with the cheap prices,they are cheap for a reason, they wont ever repair anything in your apartment, they won't answer the phone, they wont email you, they dont care if they damage your property! Lived near there office for almost 4 years, no matter who was in the office or maintenance, I always put in work orders and they would never do them ,maintenance would always be rude and give excuses why they couldn't repair anything, asked them 6 months to repair my hvac system, and they wouldn't, asked them over the years to repair my dry wall,they wouldn't, until my wood floors started rottening, my door frames started rottening,ceiling leaks

Awful landlord. AC has been broken for over a year. They took over 3 months to replace an oven. All the washer and dryer are broken. Team is unresponsive. Maintenance is rude and constantly break things and pretend they dont know English.

I haven’t had proper working air-conditioning in over a year now. They refused to fix it. The roach issue is ungodly. How are places like this legally allowed to continue to do business?

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Maryann Lynch and her team at this management company are currently letting me sit in a BLACK mold infested, leaking & damaged bathroom for months. I called and texted pictures and called the maintenance line and NO ONE has responded, checked on me, or come by. They have no regard for my health and well being as a 3-yr tenant who always pays on-time and causes ZERO issues. Earlier last year my shower curtain rods came apart and I could not shower at home for a week because no one came or called me back after days of calling to get someone to fix it. Only horrible people who only care about money treat others this way, it's disrespectful and it's disgusting. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY THEY DO NOT CARE.

There is incompetency, and then there is times square apartments. This is one of the worst run businesses in St Petersburg, and could be up there with one of the worst run businesses in the nation. Whoever owns this business has no idea how to run a real estate business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY. I have a family member living in one of these units. If they are able to sleep past 7am, somehow by the grace of God, without hearing racoons running in the attic, it's a great day. If she is not woken up by a raccoon in the attic, she is woken up by HOMELESS PEOPLE wandering into the building because the owner REFUSES TO DO ANYTHING about the locks. Multiple calls have been placed by multiple residents. They do not care. Instead, what is important to them is pinching pennie
