Undercut pricing and our listing agent lied to us. Amanda was the agents name. As our listing agent she would never show up to our open houses. Make sure your listing agent knows all about the house they are representing. She embarrassed herself quite a few times in front of other agents by giving incorrect information. Plus giving an incorrect escrow closing date from the both the listing agent and seller’s agent. Think about another agency before choosing Time Real Estate.
