Timbers at Hickory Tree

Extremely grateful for the time we’ve been here. Moved in, July 2021, brand new, never lived in, apartment. The staff has been great to us. I can’t speak for anyone else. Our only real issue with the property are the unsupervised kiddos that trash the place. It isn’t maintenances job duty to clean up after them, although they do the best they can. All in all, our four years here haven’t been the worst.

I’ve had many issues that I’ve let slide but I have to speak up now, one of I am in the wrong I don’t mind taking accountability my issue with this complex is how they go about things not. Not very professional. Handyman is always parked in different areas of the complex just sitting in his car, I have photo evidence. I feel like he goes into units and sniffs around. For this I will be adding cameras inside my unit today! When he has to fix anything he half way does it. There has been trash along the back gate near the trash cans since I moved in. I see they have two new maintenance ppl I’m sure they won’t last long. Staff is very aggressive and sometimes unprofessional. There are things in my unit that have been broken since before I moved in. Atleast Noemi is always nice.

Slum lords, don’t move here. It takes months for them to repair anything here. There are ZERO amenities. There are plenty of unsupervised kids running around and many car break ins since there is no “on site security” No working gates. No onsite gym. No on site maintenance. Horrible, horrible, horrible!

Very clean modern complex. 3 story smoke free apartments leased with LG or GE washer and dryers..balcony storage closets most units ..only complaint is Trash receptacles at far back of complex so kind of a trek just to take out garbage

All and all Timbers are some okay apartments to be in (Naomi, the office manager, is probably my only complaint ) but tonight will be the 3rd time in the couple of years that I've been here where I will be forced to sleep in my car with my child because the key fob to my door is not working/letting me in my home. Maintenance and office personnel both live on site, but are pretending to be sound asleep and unwilling to help (they cut their lights off once I knocked) which is fine because it’s after hours but now I’m forced to be inconvenienced and uncomfortably watching over my child and car while we sleep in it, even though I’m up to date on all bills involving my apartment. Regular locks would be less of a burden and maybe I would’ve actually be able to sleep in my own bed tonight.
