Stacy was amazing to work with from start to finish. She is incredibly knowledgeable about Timber Creek homes and took the time to walk me through every step of the manufactured home buying process without ever making it feel overwhelming. From explaining the different models and options to answering all my questions with patience and clarity, Stacy made sure I felt confident and informed the entire time. You can tell she truly knows the product and cares about making sure you end up with the right home…. not just making a sale!!! If you’re considering a manufactured home from Timber Creek, I honestly can’t recommend Stacy enough. She made the process smooth, transparent, and even enjoyable. Top-tier service all around.

When I arrived, I was greeted at the door. Ken, introduced himself and invited me to his office. He took his time to answer all of my questions. I had a lot! We discussed everything from construction to financing. After he had an idea of what I was interested in, off to the lot we went. He took his time to explain all of the features and options of each home we viewed. I was amazed how options there are for finishes and window placement, etc. He showed me 3-4 different homes based on my budgets and must haves. Then we headed back to his office. We have been in our home for 2 years now. Timberline of Clanton was the best decision we have ever made! Jennifer Horn became a friend during the process. After viewing everything on their lot, we decided to custom build. The process was so easy and very efficient! We live in Enterprise,AL (130 miles south!) and was able to do the majority of everything via text message and email. Thank you Jennifer, Jeff and the whole team!

My experience with this company has been a nightmare!! My mobile home has been months without smoke detectors ( because anytime the stove, microwave, dryer are cut on, even randomly when nothing is even on! Batteries was check but come to find out a wire in the roof was getting hot to the touch with them plugged up) they sent someone out but guess what nothing was actually fixed! My back door leaks water when it rains, the seal on the door is so messed up if it’s windy you can hear a buzzing sound so loud thought out the house! My front door the door can’t be shut without locking the deadbolt bc the door nob is broken! Broke trim thru out the house, mold in my 2nd bathroom they send someone out told me they was going to fix it ( it’s been almost 2 months now!) every single wall in my home

I have NEVER seen such a blatant disregard for customer service OR professionalism in my entire life! I have a double wide "Tru" home that is less than a year old and is FALLING COMPLETELY APART! I've contacted them and a guy was supposed to come out, went so far as asking if I would be home all day on two separate days. I stayed home, he didn't show, or call. I would not suggest these people for any reason. As a matter of fact, I have an attorney in mind to look over my situation to see who can be sued. The pictures are of the shoddy way trim was attached (like a 9-year-old with a slap stapler!). And it's falling off the wall. There are cracks in the ceiling, doors won't shut. Seriously, stay away. Oh, and never buy a Tru Home. The entire thing is made of cardboard and plastic!
