I would never recommend a Keystone home to anyone! My garage floods every time it rains because of a concrete issue not allowing the garage door to shut all the way. We did the inspection on the house in early December and pointed out this issue. It's now February and this issue isn't resolved still. At first the builders tried to fix it with a simple cheap weather strip. I had to delay closing on the house because of this. Next idea was to grind the concrete, lay down ardex, then epoxy the garage floor. Sounds great right?! Not if your trying to do it the cheapest way possible. The ardex wasn't smoothed out before the epoxy was put down so it made the epoxy look bumpy. There are globs of hardened epoxy that I have to step on. Don’t, just don’t even bother with Keystone. Save yourself the time, frustration and money. From crooked drywalls, clogged pipes from debris left from construction workers, off centered everything, the list flies on and on. Cheap, cheap, cheapest of the cheapest products that could be used - are used. HA, and how about dealing with the oh-so generous “1 year warranty”… just know that means it will take almost a YEAR to complete your repair service because the companies that come out, aren’t anywhere near here and scheduling anything takes WEEKS in between emails/ going back and forth. And if you think you’re going into your “consultation” to pick out your finishes, you’re not. They will REPLACE your selections with whatever they have on hand in the truck and NOT bother to tell you, if anyt
