Timbercreek Apartments

The management protects criminals by saying its private property. My kids and I had a gun pulled on us by a guy who wasn't even a resident but lived on the property without being on a lease until he pulled the gun on my kids and I and then they added him to the lease. Jordan didn't care that we had a gun pulled on us. She told me she was scared to come to work but imagine living there. Pictures attached of how I left the place and they had another family moving in 2 weeks after I left but still charged me over $400 for cleaning. I wouldn't move back here if it was the last place to live. To add the hallways and stairwell still stink like dirty moldy water even after their so called "renovations", those renovations were just new paint and new carpet.

Renovating the whole apartment complex because the whole complex is filled with asbestos. Those of us who still have old apartments have to live in complete filth that we didn't even create. Hallways have been disgusting for over a year and nobody will come clean them up. Terrible odor. Even offered to shampoo and clean walls myself if they provided cleaning supplies. If you start complaining about the living conditions or lack of working appliances they will just find things to try to evict you for. Evicted my neighbors who was the maintenance guy for them 8 months ago for selling meth and their apartment is still filled with garbage. Worst apartment complex I've ever lived in hands down. We need to do a class action lawsuit against them. Two days after I moved in they got OHA to try to kick me off of Section 8. I had left the state due to a family emergency for TWO DAYS. When I came home Section 8 had sent me two notices to kick me off. Timber Creek had more paperwork they forgot to have me sign and they tried to take my Section 8 away over it???? I'm disabled and elderly and they have continued to threaten me and I have always paid my rent on time. They even accused me of threatening a worker at the office! My advice is always take a person with you when dealing with them. If you don't, they will lie. Third set of management in 3 years. The one they have now is the "fixer". Invited over by a resident and had my vehicle towed from a handicapped stall with handicapped placker in window. (Recovering from an Achilles tendon operation) Meanwhile the towing company TimberCreek partners with picks and chooses who he tows and doesn’t. Tony Rolf is the new assistant property manager here and he is absolutely amazing I’ve been a resident for three years now and I would never recommend anyone else but him. Him and Sue (my leasing agent) have gone above and beyond for me! They’re amazing! Customer service is absolutely incredible!
