Timbercove Apartments

Moved in May 2025. Nice quiet little area. Leasing office was easy to contact and very helpful. Maintenance can take a little bit sometimes to come out but since Demarco has been working it has DRASTICALLY improved. i haven’t had to wait longer than a day TOPS and he went out of his way to make sure ALL of the issues in my unit were fixed before he left. He knows what he’s doing and he gets it done quickly and efficiently!

My grand mother has had a marvelous experience with Latifah at TimberCove Apartments! she has helped her with any question or problem she’s had and says she’s one of the kindest people to come across while living there, i’m grateful my grandmother can live somewhere a nice and find peace and companionship within her community.

The leasing agent Jennifer answered all my questions and helped me make my decision and she was right!! I love the place.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed with Management and Maintenance I would not recommend Timbercove Apartments at 8529 Rising Sun Avenue. The condition of the apartments is very poor, and maintenance only provides temporary “bandage” fixes instead of addressing the real problems. My unit had ongoing issues with leaks, which led to mold and even mold mites. Despite repeated reports, management did nothing to properly resolve the situation. The management team is extremely unresponsive and unprofessional—calls and maintenance requests go unanswered for long periods, and when someone does respond, the communication is minimal and unhelpful. For the amount of rent charged, tenants deserve far better living conditions and a management team that actually cares about residents’ health and safety. I

I’ve been living here since May 2024 in a renovated unit and it’s been pleasant. It’s accurate to call it a cove with the way it’s nested into Pennypack Park. There are mostly families around and the neighbors are always nice so it’s a friendly and safe environment. They do a good job of keeping the grounds clean and maintenance has been responsive. Whenever I have questions or need something done, Jennifer from property management is always very helpful and friendly. It’s a great option in Northeast Philly.
