I stay here for 8 years apartment was not renovated and I was cool with that but for rent to be 995.00 for an apartment that’s was not upgrade was a little much I stay there felt like it was ok that’s not an issue the issue that’s can’t be explain is when I moved out and they over charged for two days March 1st & 2nd 2026 they going to try and keep your money some how the old apartment owners were better and didn’t over charge their tenants and didn’t come with some BS charges.

Was contacted by office staff she was patient and kind answered all my questions and respectfully listened. I would refer this relocating experience to anyone that’s in need of a new home, again THANK YOU 😊

Safe, peaceful, and nice apartments. Sad to see Ms Cindy go, but Patience and Robin are awesome.

I been living here for 6 months and I love it here!!!!! It’s quiet and everyone is friendly. Ms. Cindy is the best and she will help you with anything if you have a problem!!!!!!

Best apartment property manager I have ever experienced(Cindy). Always made me and my husband and dogs feel very welcome! Got a lot of treats and love for our dogs, clean renovated unit at a great price, and an amazing sense of community through many community events. Truly the best place I lived at when I was in North Carolina. Very thankful to have found out about Timber Woods! Highly recommend.
