Timber Run

This problem has been persisting in my apartment for almost 4 months I've called numerous times LITTERALLY begging them to come and fix this problem my children's Christmas gifts are at stake due to this problem I am just waiting for management to do something about this ASAP I pay my Rent faithfully and loyally I shouldn't have to put up with this.with this the property manager has given me a 30 day notice to move out because of someone putting things by my unit such as clothes and trash and all types of things. Although I never come outside of my unit unless I am smoking He insisted that I move out within 30 days because of the fact of me and him having words I am disabled and cannot do all of these things that he said I am doing I pay my rent faithfully I have never been late or not pa

Austin and Lynetta, I was told, these apartments were going to get better. However they have gotten worst, they are infested with roaches, there is so much crime and not to mention they are not good at keeping up with maintenance. The gate is always broken and no matter how much you report these issues nothing changes for the better. The rent goes up and the property continuously goes down.Do not move here. Respectfully

Definitely a good place! Officer manager AB has been cleaning up and getting things in order and making sure we have a nice place to call home. He communicates effectively and in a timely manner and will follow if need be. He shows professionalism as well as compassion with the tenants.

The manager here is very nice, he is knowledgeable about the apartments. He knows what's going on in the apartments. He works to make sure whatever issues I am having is addressed.

Affordable. The new manager Richard is such a pleasure to have. He seems to really care about the community. No roaches and very clean. And not much noise very quiet. I do wish the pool was open more often though seems to be closed when I go down to see if it’s open. Other than that I think it’s great.
