Timber Ridge Apartments

Just recently moved in and Donald was excellent. He showed me sound and made sure I got everything done as quickly as possible. I'm so excited. I love my new place and highly recommend that if you need to get stuff done. Ask for Donald !

They have very bad rats they go up on your rent every month. They don’t come and fix anything. You will go in there and you will tell them you’ve seen a rat. They will tell you to find your own rat hole. You will pay five dollars every month for pest control to come on Mondays they never come. You never know what your rent is gonna be rent. It’s not the same every month and they will not be able to tell you why your rent went up. They will always tell you it’s third-party and they don’t know where your money is going so be very careful when looking at timber Ridge Apartments I’m recently moving from these apartments today.2108A

Alexis the the female that works at the front desk has been nothing but amazing I had a wet pipe and she took matters into her own hands and got it fixed within the same hour of letting her know mind you she had some beautiful French tip nails and still didn’t mind messing them up just to get the job done ! Very polite beautiful Latina she’s deserves a raise!

I don’t normally leave reviews but my expirence was 10/10 the leasing agent alexis did an amazing job she made everything incredibly easy and explained everything so that I would understand the unit I stay in is perfect there was just one issue a cabnit door was damaged from the last person that lived here she got the maintenance people to fix it immediately I would highly recommend her as a leasing agent if you are seeking to get an apartment at this location
