Timber Lake Apartments

Was shocked at how completely lacking their service was. I’m in town from out of state to visit the grad school I got accepted to and secure housing. I had researched many properties ahead of time to tour while here and this was at the top of my list. I came by and they said they only had a group tour at 1pm. Just one time slot which interfered with the one campus event I couldn’t miss. They were not willing to accommodate whatsoever or offer any alternative times. I asked if they could send me a video of the two units I was greatly interested in since this was the case. They actually said no and to just look at the website. Timberlake townhouses has been good to me and my family. I've lived here for a little over 6 years the only reason why I'm moving is because I'm moving to Florida the office staff has been nothing short of amazing. Debbie has gone above and beyond in all of my dealings with her and the office. I'm so sad to leave but this is a wonderful place to live.

I recently moved after 16 wonderful years being here! That tells a lot in itself, the management & office staff along with the maintenance workers are great & friendly! When Putting in work orders they quickly get the job done! I'm going to miss being there & I had good neighbors!! So people that are reading this is probably wondering well if it's so nice why leave right!? Well I had a beautiful life changing circumstance & was able to relocate!

Filled out for an apartment on Timberlakes website they showed that was available then paid the deposit on their website also to hold the apartment only to find out they didnt have anything available after speaking to the girl in the office. She also informed me this happened to about 10 other people and they had nothing available and they didnt know why their website was showing this. But when i asked for my money back. I was told that they have nothing to do with the Timberlake Website. I called corporate and got no answer! Left a message. Was never contacted back. Funny that as soon as i filled a dispute with the bank timberlake hurried sent over an old denial application from 2016!!!!! Thats right they sent over paperwork from 8 years ago in 2024 just to keep the deposit money! Very un

I stayed there almost 10 years. I moved at the end of September 2019. Cleaned the place before I moved. Carpet wasn’t new when I moved in. It was on move in sheet! How is that the current place I live at now told me that it was an eviction on me that was put on July last year from the rude unprofessional office staff of timberlake. I called there corporate office and Allison never returns calls. In the beginning it was fine then it went down hill! 8 different property managers within that time. The city of Avon hates that property they want it tore down I don’t blame them!!
