Timber Cove Apartments

Nice apartments, quiet. Some maintenance problems in the past but issue was resolved with Sean, absolute expert on all repairs, very responsive and gets things done! I have been here 4 years. Sean and Barbara work together and have really made a difference. Neighbors are friendly. Sincerely hope it stays this way. Keep up the good work!

Very poor maintenance, to many different managers none of them are up to date on tenant needs from last manager. Current tenants don't matter, only the vacant units, which are plenty. People are constantly moving in and out. They just want your money. Definitely not a place to call home.Only permanent tenants are the MICE

Love the neighborhood here. They always take care of maintenance issues as soon as they arise, keeping the property up to date and looking nice. It is a nice place to live, and I recommend it to friends and family.

Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful place at a great price! Love the amenties and the view from my balcony. And always a great time strolling by the lake.

I just said that it's someone there for a little while small apartments they are nice not really close to anything interesting and that is on always floods
