I would avoid working with Tim and his team under all circumstances. I purchased a home where he was the listing agent. During the process he failed to take basic care for the property’s security (and displayed his ignorance about basic security measures while selling). He was then deceptive and failed to disclose crucial information about these security issues while under contract. After my review was posted on Zillow; he then lied about the circumstances and what he had done in response, and also lied about his efforts to contact me to resolve the situation. There are so many wonderful and ethical agents to work with in Seattle - I recommend you find one of them.

Tim is a real pro. He is patient, responsive, and has a great teams and wealth of resources to help out when you are purchasing a new home. My daughter and I hope not to have to buy a new home again any time soon, but highly recommend Tim for others who are preparing to buy or sell!
