Tim is absolutely amazing. He handled my original mortgage in Myrtle Beach 5 years ago and is handling my refinance for lower interest currently. He goes way out of his way to make sure all goes well. Over the 5 years I've been with Guild Mortgage, whenever I call or text him, he answers right away and handles whatever I need...mortgage advice, questions, etc. I have come to think of him as a friend I can rely on for any assistance I need with mortgage. I am staying with Guild with refinancing mostly because I trust Tim so much but also because I've had never had problems with Guild. If you are thinking of buying or refinancing, I highly recommend you contact Tim and Guild Mortgage.
