Tiller Terrace

Tiller Terrace has been the best place I’ve lived so far in my life. This place has everything you need. Easy access to the MAX line, conveniently close to restaurants and grocery, controlled access entry, delivery room, trash chutes, wood floors, built in microwave, steel appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer combo (IN UNIT!!), beautiful and unique layouts of the units. maintenance requests are literally one click away in the resident portal, and also the management is on-site and very helpful. Mary the manager helped me with my situation to get me a unit as fast as possible. Her and Quaid the leasing agent are extremely attentive, kind, understanding, and accommodating to any possible need you may have. I definitely asked plenty of questions over several weeks, and not once did they make

Love this place! The location’s perfect, maintenance is always on point, and the office staff are amazing. Even the neighbors are great. Only thing I’d like to see is a few cameras outside — sometimes homeless people hang around and cause small issues. Other than that, everything’s awesome. Keep it up!

This is my first apartment and I love it. Mary and Bree in the office are so nice and the neighbors are friendly and helped us move our heavy stuff in! Its really clean and comfortable here and there is a ton of stuff to do around the area.

A few months ago I decided to start looking for an apartment and Tiller Terrace was the only place I looked, because the units were brand new, WITH washers and dryers, and no carpet! Also its in a GREAT location! I can walk to several grocery stores, and the MAX and streetcar lines are right out front. Honestly, it's pretty perfect so far. And I really appreciate the people working here, they are so helpful and nice. It's also very clean and well maintained. I am happy to be living here :)

Awesome office staff/management. Super responsive and clearly care. Newer building with good amenities including in unit W/D. The building community is also great!
