This transaction was seamless from start to finish! When I called, I spoke to Jillian who was very helpful and prompt. During the inspection we met with Brett, Brian and Carrie and they were all super knowledgeable and helpful! They kept us in the loop the whole time and took the time to explain things to us to ensure we understood everything going on. Great customer service is hard to find but at Tiger everyone seems to really care about their clients. This is the kind of team you can trust to do an inspection for your home.

Outstanding service and attention to detail. The assigned inspectors (Alan and Brett) took the time to fully explain any potential issues during the inspection as well as an in-depth review after thier inspection was complete. We used Tiger for home inspections, to include well, septic, water quality, and radon on two different properties and the team was outstanding both times. Michael performed the septic inspection on both occasions and was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain the associated systems, and highlighted any potential areas of concern. Michael is definitely a true asset for this company!

My husband and I are first time home buyers and we were recommended to use Tiger Inspections from our realtor. They scheduled our appointment in a timely manner and are very fairly priced! Dave was our inspector and he was incredible! I felt very comfortable with his knowledge on inspections, he was extremely thorough and didn't miss anything! I am so happy with how our inspection went and even happier with the inspector we worked with! We also got a sewer scope inspection, he was excellent too, very knowledgeable and explained everything he was looking at on the camera. Our radon inspector was equally as kind and knowledgeable too! I had the pleasure of working with Tiger during the purchase of my first home and I was very impressed with their level of knowledge and how thorough they were. The inspector we worked with was William Denslow. I mention his name because I wanted to specifically callout how impressed I was with William. He was not only knowledgeable but he also shared that knowledge and was excited to teach. He spent extra time teaching me about how hydronic boilers work. I am an architect by trade and I would recommend Tiger (specifically William) to any of my clients.
