Tiffany Square Apartments

Nope nope nope roaches mold all 1st floor flooding and every other day even the housekeeping or someone is arrested there

i cant give 0 stars it wont let me the place is nasty infected roaches and mice some neighbors the lady who works there is very rude no empathy dont answer the phone i had to argue so i can have a look to one of the apartments and she didnt even show it to me well she liie all time and there's no emergency call the office is off weekends if you have an emergency nobody ask I asked her who is her manager and she said I m the manager the place is cheaper fridge old cabinets to expansive and will increase 140 every years

Just moved into these apartments, have lived many different places and as far as my opinion this is one of the best apartments all around. Yes is May be alittle older of buildings, but the staff is very nice so far and it's a quite area for the most part. It is off a somewhat busy street but close to most anything that is needed. Also it's the cheapest rent in FL I have seen for a 2 bed 2 bath (Update: the vent for the air and heat in the one bedroom is a bit weird with the flow of air. It ends up being the hottest room in the apartment when the cool air is on. That's the only reason it's not a 5 star. But thats also thanks to a bit older vent design, nothing dew to faulty equipment)

The woman who works in the office is a very rude and disgusting person. I went to look for leasing information and she didn't even attend me. She kept talking on the phone and sent me to go outside. I don't know how they have such a person.

Don't go here they want you to have a 620 plus credit and it's $100 per application. But overall friendly ppl
