Tierra Vista

Our experience with the Tierra Vista has been great throughout the entire process. Each one of them helped us be able to move into a great apartment. The appliances in ours are very old and out dated and they said they would make sure to put in orders for new appliances for us as well. They made sure we were happy with our new home!!! Thank you everyone from Tierra Vista Apartments for all your help on getting myself and family in a great place!! We appreciate all your hard work on making the experience great!

I went to look at the apartments and I was highly impressed. Renovations look absolutely amazing!! I love that it's a small community which makes me happy for when my children are outside. All in all I really loved it

Miryam was the most helpful in allowing me to see my options when it came to renting at this location. Although these apartments do not fit my family’s current needs, I am grateful for the experience and the care that she took with me and my family.

I drove by finally after looking online at this place for months from Washington state. I couldn’t find a clear answer on what this place was like online. So I came to Florida. I drove thru the place and it is literally so ick. Every unit besides the middle ones had broken windows, taped up windows, or so moldy its brown tinted and impossible to look through. Looks like a car went right into a unit causing a giant hole. The doors all had some kind of clutter around. Tenant smoking right on the stairs as if others want your smoke sneaking up into their unit. The gate for the place was broken so anyone can enter and leave as they please. Low income but very gross and not maintained well at all. I’m so glad I can add this place to my do not apply list. Please drive through and look first. Al

I've lived in Tierra Vista for three years and have never had any problems with the staff or the neighbors. It's a very quiet place, and I feel safe living here. It's a very affordable place, close to everything, and in a great neighborhood.
