During my tenure at the apartment, I was deeply disturbed by the substandard maintenance of the units. The interiors of the units appeared old and dilapidated, with widespread infestations of mice and cockroaches. Such living conditions were not only appalling but also posed significant health risks to the residents. In addition to the poor living conditions, I was deeply disappointed by the unprofessional behavior exhibited by the manager and other personnel. Their rudeness and lack of basic management skills were evident in their inability to address residents' concerns in a timely and effective manner. Furthermore, I was shocked to discover that a fake account was created in a resident's names to leave positive reviews on Google, which is a serious breach of integrity and trust. Also a

I have lived here for 3 years and I did not have any issues with my AC until this year I have put in around 15 work orders for my AC and they keep saying it’s working fine but my apartment is still hot it doesn’t go below 76in the day it doesn’t get cold inside till abt 11pm and now I had to put in a window unit just to keep my apartment alil cool my electric bill has came In and it’s almost at $200 this is to high for me and they want me to pay rent but can’t fix my AC i highly suggest every one to look some were else. Also they don’t say any thing to people abt throwing trash in the grass the parents don’t tell there kids any thing but want to give me a a warning because I have a bag of trash on my porch. No washer and dryer connection. No patio. Inside the apartment I view look decent. But the outside of the complex doesn’t look well kept up. That don’t offer clubhouse,fitness center. Appliances look outdated. Kitchen is small for 3 bedroom 2 bath. Nothing fun to do if you have teenage children. Nothing fun to do for adults. I just wasn’t impressed. Yet the rent price is as if their offering 5star experience.
