Achieved the impossible! I cannot say enough good things about this company. We worked with Chris and boy did he do a great job. The house we had was nice with new floors and a refreshed kitchen, but the layout was,.. let's just say a bit quirky. I had low expectations based on both the market as well as the fact that the home (while nice) needed the right buyers for the right fit. Again, given everything I expected the house to sit on the market through the holiday season and into the next year. Well Chris sold it, I don't know how he did it, but he found a buyer that loved the house! I still remember looking confused at my other half when he gave us the call letting us know we had an offer after only 21 DAYS! Chris then worked with us and the buyer to nip and tuck any outstanding item

He is the most accommodating helpful and professional Realestate expert that we have ever used and we are in our 60s! . We called Caroline based in a recommendation from a person we met in Oriental. Initially she was incredibly helpful for our first meeting and she did a great job but after that she was not responsive. I sent multiple emails and called multiple times. We actually thought she was sick or had a sickness in the family because no one that sweet and helpful would ignore a potential client. I’m unsure what happened and i know the real estate market is busy right now but all it takes is a moment to pick up a phone and call to say you are too busy. She didnt have the courtesy to call so i cannot recommend her.

Recently, my husband and I attempted to do a long term lease agreement through Tidewater. From the very beginning communication was very delayed and poor. The deal was cancelled at the last moment due to the agents inability to communicate clearly and professionally with the owner. She was never able to follow through on anything she said she would do. The whole experience wasted a whole lot of our time and money and in the end we had to find another house and ended up working directly with the owner which has always proved to be more effective than using an incompetent agency. We also emailed our experience and thoughts to the company and the owner after the situation to which we received no response. The lack of integrity and clear communication we experienced working with Tidewater

Rosalie hollings was the best. Very knowledgeable very helpful. We were so happy with the effort she put in to help us. She worked hard to find our dream home.
