Tidewater Home Inspections

It's been a year since our inspection. Over the year I have found basic things that should have been checked during the inspection. The week after moving in I checked the HVAC air filters throughout the home and everyone of them looked like cement. They were totally clogged. Something so simple was never checked. Multiple windows don't even lock do to broken hardware in the window itself. I would stay clear of Tidewater. This stuff should have been caught for the price they charge. I would have had the seller's address these things. Isn't that why we pay for an inspection, to find such things.

Bob has done a few inspections for me, he has been very thorough, knowledgeable, and polite! He contributed to making my first home-purchase a great experience! Would definitely recommend!!

Very personal and professional ! He was right on time and started viewing and noting the outside of the home - after lengthy and detailed pages of notes with clear pictures he entered the home and porch. He took as much or more detailed examination of all appliances, closets, rooms and bonus room. He worked for over 2 hours . I was very impressed. Later that evening, I and my agent received a 72 page summary. I had not even noticed his issues at various places but each was important and documented clearly.
