Tides at River Rapids

We toured this property on 3/5/2026, looking for a studio apartment for my son. Although the property is still under construction, the finished units look great -- very spacious and affordable compared to the market. Having also toured another property that this management company had just completed, I am confident that the amenities and shared spaces will be outstanding. (Also, Jocelyn in the leasing office is awesome!) We were a little worried about plane noise from the airport, and noise from the nearby bridge, but inside the unit, it was super quiet. Everyone has different needs, obviously, but if this location works for you, it seems like it's going to be a beautiful space at an affordable price.

Millie and Adriana were fantastic throughout the leasing process—professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. Jocelyn was also incredibly accommodating during the tour. Although I ultimately chose another complex, these units are spacious with great features and easily one of the best deals around!
