GET A SURVEY DONE on the property either by the buyer or yourself the buyer, the realtor is not going to bring it up. Cannot stress this enough. Our experience with thunder reality was a rollercoaster. Personally me and my husband have learned from this experience of purchasing property to ALWAYS GET A SURVEY DONE. And ask alot of questions. And if you feel something isn't right, do some homework and if you can talk with the owners of the property. Don't jump into purchasing a property without check every thing with a fine comb. Also we were not keen on thunder reality, title company First American title company. The experience of purchasing and selling was probably our worst experience of lives. I would say try one of the bigger companies instead of this mom and papa company.
