Thrive on 9th Ave Apartments

I lived at Thrive on 9th for a year and had a wonderful experience. The property manager, Cassandra, was always so kind and helpful. It has been a pleasure living here. If you’re looking for a great first apartment, I would definitely recommend Thrive on 9th. The apartments are clean and the property is very well kept. The environment is safe and very welcoming. Definitely a 10/10!

I came into these apartments a couple of weeks ago, and let me just the customer service from the young lady in the office was very amazing and professional. I think her name was Cassundra. She did informing me that all the units were filled and I could try back at anytime to see if there were any changes. I would love to rent from her in the future. Very knowledgeable about the apartments and was able to answer all my questions accordingly.

The property is well kept, apartments are immaculate, with new appliances. The property manager made me and my husband feel very welcomed, really nice, and professional. She was very informative and she knew the property and area well. Thanks Cassandra.

Josie the manager is extremely nice and good at her job. The apartments are decent and well priced. There's definitely cosmetic issues, BUT you get what you pay for (not everywhere can have granite and luxury updates) and they've done well with things such as flooring. My AC went out and they replaced it extremely quickly. Overall these apartments are great enough for me to re-sign! Master closet is massive, which is a huge plus for me and they allow pets.

I was very happy with our apartment during our lease. Apartment was very clean and spacious. Management was always available by phone or email to address any concerns. Maintence issues followed up on in a timely matter. I felt like a valued tenet, and would recommend anyone needing an apartment to give Ninth Avenue Apartments chance. I was especially happy with the square footage for the price.
