So i stayed here for less then a year an im getting invited because I wasn't prepared for pest control an they dont come every now an then I had them come like 3 times an the last 2 times were a week apart an they need you to do alot just to prepare an I wasn't able to because I had a busy work schedule an dealing with my spouse being in the hospital so I was prepared for the 2nd visit but not the 3rd one an now I gotta find another place to stay so dont stay here because they wont even try to understand what other people got going on in their lives an just want you to be ready on their time all the time an the one time I wasnt prepared im now losing my apartment... so especially if you have a kid or maybe children move to a better place that won't have you on the street just for bugs that

Aaron was super super kindhearted, professional & very welcoming. He's the man! He made me so comfortable and assuring with all of his knowledge and expertise. Keyonna was a pleasant soul as well. Definitely will recommend anyone to live at Thrive!

I’ve been here 5 years every one is family. It’s quiet it’s just boring for kids. Staff is super super helpful. I recommend Thrive all the time apply today you’ll have keys tomorrow.

I’ve lived at this apartment complex long enough to give an honest review and I would not recommend this place to anyone based on my experience. Since 2024 I have been dealing with ongoing water leaks in my unit and the issue has still not been fixed. The water repeatedly shows up in the laundry room behind the hot water heater area then spreads into my bathroom and eventually soaks into the carpet in my bedroom closet. The drywall has visible water damage and the whole apartment has a musty odor that gets worse whenever the leaks happen. This has been happening for over a year and they still do not know where the leak is coming from. I have reported all of this to the office multiple times and plumbers have been sent out more than once but nobody has been able to locate the source of the

Man oh man. I have been a resident here for 3 years and let me tell you this is what HOME feels like. As many know we experienced a fire over the last week and as i resident who was directly effected (and also 36 weeks pregnant) Kianna , Doug and the entire management team have been nothing but helpful and supportive during this roughy time. Even outside of this tragedy they have ALWAYS looked out for me . Kianna cares for me as if I’m her little sister and really goes out of her to make sure I’m okay. Thank you so much sooooo much for everything . There is no place i would rather call home.
