Three Waters Green

🚨Avoid living here if at all possible.🚨 “Vinebrook Homes” manages Three Waters Green neighborhood - Marella Ct, Voda Ct, Skystone Ct, Assana Ct, etc. When you’re trying to rent, they don’t ever go by "Three Waters Green", so you wouldn’t even know what to search to find an accurate review (the 2.4 star average). Kimberly, whom we worked with to get our lease, was EXTREMELY condescending. Every time I had to interact with her I felt sick to my stomach. She made me cry twice. Horrible communication skills and very indirect/vague. I knew multiple people/families who lived in this neighborhood on different roads and all agreed their homes have the same issues, so please be clear that this is not just ONE bad house/experience. They are taking advantage of young military couples/service member

I had an exceptional experience with the property management team at Three Waters Green, and I can’t recommend them highly enough! When I encountered a water leak in my unit, the team responded promptly and professionally, resolving the issue with impressive efficiency. Jessica, the property manager, was an absolute standout—her kindness, attentiveness, and dedication made the entire process stress-free. Three Waters Green is a fantastic place to rent, with a management team that truly cares about its residents. If you’re looking for a reliable and welcoming rental experience, this is the place to be. I have rented here for 3 years and it’s been amazing!!!

Omg lived here for 5 plus years. It used to be a decent place to live. Maintenance is poor. But getting back to the new owners. Vinebrook homes. First off you a number to them. Nothing more. Secondly as previously mentioned, after 5 years I outgrew this place meaning my family got bigger. So I never recieved my deposit back. They said a repainting and a cleaning charge added up to my 1200. Deposit. I have a reciept of having a professional company come in to wash walls and clean. It did not matter. Since it's vinebrook now I highly discouraged you from renting there. They are crooks in my humble opinion. I could go on and on about the building Maintenance but it would take a small novel to write here. Stay away and renters remorse.

Great place to live! The price is great compared to other areas of Pensacola. Management gave us the house in great condition and with no issues. The location is very convenient as it is less than five minutes away from shopping. Also, the drive to the beach is short. Maintenance is great, requests are done through the app and everything can be documented. Maintenance always responded in a timely manner depending on the issue. They always call and check what time works best in order to perform repairs.

My husband and I moved here about 10 months ago and have been very pleased. The staff has always been very polite and professional. Maintenance typically gets done surprisingly fast, the neighborhood is very nice and safe, and the rent for us was very fair. I was nervous at first reading reviews about flooding however, upon asking Destiny explained that they fixed that problem by creating a network of drainage. We have never been close to any issues with flooding. They are pet friendly with no breed restrictions and have trash cans, lights and doggy bags available all throughout! We are very sad to be leaving due to my husband's change of station. You'll love it!
