Three Palms Apartments

After shopping around for apartments three palms was definitely the right choice. Very affordable and quality apartments. I will say that Tina was very professional, organized and knew the answers to all of my questions. She made the process very quick and painless.

My family and I have lived at Three Palms Apartments for nearly three years, and we are very satisfied. Ashley, the manager, consistently handles matters with professionalism, ensuring quick responses. If we don't hear from Ashley, Denise, another staff member, steps in to help. Both are exceptionally attentive in addressing any concerns. We consider ourselves lucky to be part of such a safe community.

This is my first apartment and the process to apply, get approved, and move in was seamless. Denise is so helpful! Maintenance is also quick to solve any issues I have. The reason I give it 4 stars, instead of 5, is because of how some of the tenants treat the property. When people have parties at the canopies or at the pool, they usually leave those areas completely trashed when they are done hanging out for the night. I have found bones from a bbq on the grassy areas or on the sidewalk so when I walk my dog, I have to pull him away from those things. There is almost frequent littering and someone has started to draw on the basketball court in permanent marker. 🤷🏻‍♀️ during the week, though, the apartment complex is pretty quiet.

Fantastic living place with extraordinary management. Ashley is very kind and polite with great professionalism. Having witnessed the cleanliness to include the fast support from all levels of employees, I highly recommend living in this outstanding apartment complex.

This is a great place to live. Very clean, maintenance 24/7 at any time midnight, morning , anytime, maintenance guys are very polite . The ladies from the office are very professional specially Amanda. Swimming pool very clean , gym , billar ,etc. One thing that I did not like was when we moved they tried to collected $197 .00 because they needed for maintenance but we did not made any holes in the wall , we clean everything and we installed new mini blind and we left the apartment in perfect conditions. But they wanted to get money no matter what , the worse thing was that they did report me to credit bureau. You need to be very careful when you move out from there.
