Three Corners

I've been a resident here at Three Corners since my late father Walter Dyer and I moved in going on 12 years ago. A quiet environment for the most part and Ms Cherre and her maintenance staff do their best to keep things running smoothly and keeping it nice for all who live here. Maintenance issues occur as they always will but they are always handled and corrected as soon as is humanly possible. There is no abundance of riffraff like some of the other apartment complexes in the city and issues are always addressed promptly and you rarely if ever see law enforcement on site which is always a plus. I would recommend Three Corners to anyone looking for a suitable housing and living environment.

Since moving in 2022, my experience at Three Corners Apartments has been excellent. Cherre, the property manager, is responsive and friendly. Maintenance requests are addressed promptly, and the staff is both professional and courteous. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-managed residence. Plus, most supermarkets are conveniently nearby.

Almost 4 years here at three corners. Still love it here. Manager and maintenance are possibly the best is fort smith. And the residents here are so happy hearing about the new renovations on the exterior of the buildings! The new look will take three corners into 2026! Thank you Ghan and Copper for investing in us!

The manger of the Apartment Cherre' Miller is absolutely great to work with and fun to be around. She is willing to actively listen to you and loves to work with people. She is very professional when it comes to her work and knows all the policies and producers when it comes to the apartment complex. 3 Corners is a great place to live in. The maintenance team will fix anything that needs fixed. The apartments are nice and neat. the price of the rent is very fair compared to other places to live in Fort Smith.
