As first-time buyers, we really appreciated how patient and informative John was. John was recommended by one of our friend and he went beyond and above during the entire inspection process. Not like other inspector who simply provide the price quote, John started our conversation by taking down the home address and going through picture during initial call. On the day of inspection, John notified every small area to be repaired which I never thought about in the first place. He also warned us few potential risks on the property so that we can do our research before making final decision. Highly recommend!!!
