So it has come to my attention while reading reviews on multiple types of businesses that these have become nothing more than a place to air dirty laundry. As a local to the PG area I have witnessed quite a drastic change in our community. I would like to take a moment to give you an insiders perspective to a few of these reviews you'll see on this apartment complex. 1.) This is ACTUALLY 2 communities in 1. There is the family side as well as an active senior community. The office staff work together to ensure no resident slips thru the cracks so if 1 office is unavailable the other is ALWAYS willing to assist any way they can. 2.) As with ANY rental this is your home. BUT it is also a place of business and thus there are rules and guidelines that are in place to ensure a safe environm

The Management is rude and say you're lying when you're not. There's door hasn't been working. I visit, I don't live there. And for the last three years they have had many instances where I didn't even want to come visit. But v the done right saying someone is lying when they can't get into their door. It's a senior living right. Not everyone can handle when the door doesn't work. Let me say until there's a new property manager, unless you're part of the clique. You won't be accepted, you will be ridiculed, and if you unfortunately don't understand something. I stead of talking with you, they become beligerant and or make fun of you.

I have been living on this property for going on 4 years. Absolutely love it here. The office staff is always kind and friendly and eager to find suitable resolutions to ANY issue that may arise. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance guys are friendly fast and do excellent work. I would recommend this place time and again.

I’m writing to report a very disappointing experience involving one of your employees who lives on the property — she has a wiener dog and a large pit bull and lives near the corner townhouse by the park- if that’s not enough to describe her, she has a teenage daughter with faded pink colored hair. Anyway, I saw a little girl playing at the playground with a couple of kids and she had her small puppy outside without a leash - which I understand is against policy - but the way your employee handled the situation was completely unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issue kindly or explaining the rules, she began recording the mother and daughter, mocking and antagonizing them, saying “I’m reporting you.” These residents clearly didn’t understand what was happening because they don’t spe

There’s a Hispanic Male from apt #9 very inapropiate with my Daughter We Believe he has recently moved in to this apartments in Many ocasiones he has followed her to the point That she feels unsafe around the área. He also stays inside his vehicle just spying on others , Management needs to make sure to do the right background checks or at least make sure renters are not subleasing the units to sick individuals.
