This place is wonderful! Peaceful. A spectacular community for both seniors and children. I am selling my house, built in 2024, below market price because we need to move to another state. My house is New Port, 1821, perfect, new, well-maintained. Take advantage!
Getting our first home built here. So excited and wonderful people to deal with
Really nice and clean subdivision. They have a gate, it's not currently in operation but it's good to keep in mind that if your visiting family you may wanna know the code or how to communicate with them to come in. Otherwise it's a dead end. We came to visit this place to see our families future home out here.
Don't build with Southern. It will be the biggest headache of your life.
Hope to be in by the end of this year early April of next year
