Thomasville by Broadmoor

Wanted to firstly add that Thomasville has remedied the problem. ___________________________________________________________ I have always come to Thomasville in the past when I have had friends that have lived here and always heard nothing but fantastic things. The reason we chose to live here was based on the reviews we have seen and how we have noticed they all say how attentive the staff is to issues. We waited so that we would be able to have a golf course view which we did and now have and it is beautiful. The apartment itself is nice and well taken care of except for the fact that we have had hundreds of ants in our kitchen since day 1. First thing I want to say is that Thomasville is not the crazy party place it was in the 80's & 90's (even though there are some people that still live here since back then) but it is a decently quiet place to live and a nice little community. Yes, there is a bar on the property that is like our own neighborhood bar, where you can almost always find a friend already there or make a new one and the poolside service during the summer is fantastic! Shannon, Sam, Kim and Lindsay that work in the office are super sweet, friendly, fun and helpful. The maintenance crew John, Nick & Reese are quick to address and fix issues and are also very friendly, fun and helpful! I’ve lived in three apartments at Thomasville over roughly seven years. It’s been a great experience thanks to the professional staff, friendly tenants, and the atmosphere provided by broadmoore here. I moved to Omaha from Europe, so what attracted me to Tville first were the German style exterior, the clubhouse design, and its gym!!! If you want your privacy people will give you your space, but if you desire to be social there are several opportunities provided by the complex to meet people. I personally have enjoyed the annual summer pool parties, movie nights in the clubhouse theater, and Sunday karaoke! Thomasville is also in a convenient location. I’ve had a great experience at Thomasville! The office staff are always friendly, helpful, and professional they make communication easy and are quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The maintenance team is top-notch as well! Extremely prompt, efficient, and respectful every time they come by. A big shoutout to the bartenders at the pool area they always bring great energy, make excellent drinks, and help create a fun and welcoming atmosphere. And of course, the pool itself is one of the highlights here always clean, well-maintained, and a perfect spot to relax or socialize. Overall, Thomasville has been an amazing place to live, and a lot of that is thanks to the awesome people who keep it running so smoothly. Highly recommend!

I lived at the Thomasville for almost 2 years and if I hadn't had to move out of state for school, I would have continued living there for longer! (I wish the staff owned my current complex tbh) Maintenance requests were always handled in a timely manner for me and they always clearly communicated the plan and timeline if they didn't have the parts to fix it. One of the maintenance guys even came over to knock down the beginnings of a wasps nest for me!! The office staff were always courteous and answered any questions I had promptly. When I first moved in, I noticed the indoor pool wasn't clean and asked about it. A couple days later, they had someone there to shock and treat it (this was during the off season/winter months too so very communicative and responsive to tenants). When a rain
