Warning do not rent from this company!!!! I rented from them for 3 years kept everything clean paused my rent on time . House was not in bed shape they don’t give new paint mouse all in the walls off the house . After 3 years I decided to move and clean everything the way they gave it to me . I gave $1850 for a deposit and only got back 700 this company is a rip off and unprofessional don’t rent from Thomas at all

I rented a property from them in 2023 and I only stayed at the property for a total of 4 months before I decided to break our lease in order to move. They are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever worked with. They intentionally withhold information and will lie to their tenants in order to keep their money. This is not a trustworthy business and renting from them proved to be a waste of time and money. The home we rented was falling apart (dry rotting support beams, leaking fridge, broken microwave, broken tiles, defective garage door, etc.). We are a military family so we did a virtual tour. When I arrived and noticed that the house wasn’t ready for move in they made a fuss about it. I expected the house to be move-in ready and it was not; it was filthy. Every other issue I

Beware of who they lease your home to. This place gave house keys to someone that wasn’t on the lease. 95% of the lease was fraudulent, when they were told about the fraud they went along with it and the lease still may or may not be fraudulent… they will not confirm or deny. They (= 2females and 1 male) are all smiles and good talk, of course that’s part of the job. Lol

A company who treats everyone like family. It is very rare to find a business that truly has your best interest. I can't imagine using any company other than Thomas Real Estate Services. Thank you to the Thomas Team for making my experience so enjoyable and easy. If you are looking to buy, sell or even rent your home.....look no further. Team Thomas does it all!
