Quiet neighborhood and tidy building. Public places like Rex room are clean and welcoming but rarely used. Gym is okay. Conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. Outdoor space may be nice in summer.

We have had three packages stolen in around a month and management has failed to make any meaningful action to help resolve or improve the situation. They say they have reviewed the footage, it is inconclusive, and that we should just follow up with the service provider. This has been beyond frustrating. If you want a secure package service, live elsewhere. Edit: Thomas Court management found one package and will ask Ditmar for permission to install additional cameras to cover blind spots. Edit 2: upgraded cameras have been installed to cover most of the area. Appreciate the management response.

Dear people. Do not make a mistake and NEVER sign a lease with this building and any other properties of Dittmar company. The management of the building is absolutely incompetent, non-responsive, and negligent. The building has insects, cockroaches, and woodlice. If you are situated close to the garbage room, you are going to smell it all your lease term. The building has no insulation and walls are worse than paper, you will hear ABSOLUTELY everything that happens in the building. And your neighbors will hear what you do. Also, as a bonus, there is a recycling car that comes to the nearby building at 5 am in the morning, and if you are lucky to live on this side of the building, no one is going to help you. If you don't have a strong sleep, you won't have any more sleep here. The building

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Walls are paper thin. I can hear when neighbors are playing a movie on higher volume or when they are having a conversation across different rooms. I can even hear when the person who lives above me wakes up and goes to the bathroom (I've never experienced that thin of walls from within an apartment none the less from a different floor). Mold is a problem here and have started to see it come out of my air ducts in my living room. Mix of a younger crowd as well as some families. On the weekends, the hallways are very loud with drunk individuals.
