Thomas Chase Apartments

Staff nice and explained everything plainly. No surprises. Workers nice too. Lovely location and lovely apartment. Julie took extra time showing me around. Im kinda pokey with a walker.

Office is very difficult to communicate with and rude. Nobody is ever on the same page. Kids setting off fire alarms frequently at various times of the morning and night. Roaches everywhere and no remediation on behalf of the office. Crime area. Outdated units but new rent charges every other month. Junk cars everywhere. Once again, crime area. Always police in the complex and neighbors getting into it. Office staff won’t help with literally anything so don’t move here.

We recently moved into Thomas Chase Apartments and the staff is very friendly and courteous. Julie, at the front office, was a wonderful help from start to finish! She was pleasant and answered all of our questions. Other than a few miscommunications, moving in has been a wonderful experience.

Instead of giving my whole deposit back, they stated they applied it to my next month rent so I did not get any of my deposit back which is very upsetting… the office is very disorganized and Left this apartment with a balance on my account due to my deposit not being applied as it should of been… Neighbors are very noisy and are not considerate of people who actually go to work. Expect fighting and yelling at 2 or 3 o’clock in the morning

I started looking for a new place back in August of this year. The location is easy to find a d there are many restaurants and enjoyable things to within the area. During the application process I worked with the leasing agent Julie, because of her patience and kindness she has made this entire process so much more exciting and smooth. She always helped me with whatever questions or concerns I had and even gave 2 tours! She went above and beyond for me and I will always be thankful to have been blessed with such a supportive friend. Thank you Julie I appreciate your assistance and guidance! 🩷
