I absolutely enjoyed working with Thomas. Thomas and I had an extreme challenge with having a deadline with the house needing to be sold, and we went through a lot of trials but in the end still we were able to sell my house one day before the next payment.I want to add that i had a realtor before Thomas where the communication was not there, only two showings were done with the two month period and they were not quickly responsive with knowing my deadlines. Thomas was recommended by our selling realtor in South Florida, as the agent to use when searching for a home in Northern Florida. As we were not local he first discussed what we were looking for in a new home and then followed up with a detailed questionaire for each of us to complete to get a complete idea of what type of home we were wanted. He then set us up with access to the MLS in which he configured several home profiles to pull homes from the listings that matched our criteria.
