Man is it ever a surprise to have your expectations exceeded these days at the level Third Space Builders did for my walk out lower-level renovation. From our first meeting to discuss the project to the complete project execution Third Space had the perfect blend of big company capability and technology and small company costs and overheads. They created of detailed solid model of my lower project that allowed us realistically see alternatives and guide better choices. We literally could virtually walk through the wet bar and sports area along with adjacent family theatre spaces then see if become reality due to architectural software skills in the hands of designer with excellent taste. Third Space Builders did a remarkable job in our patio rebuild. They painstakingly took our patio apart brick by brick - and then meticulously cleaned each stone so it could be reused. I have never seen such a hardworking crew. Communication was excellent and they finished exactly when they said they would. What more could you ask for?

Third Space Builders built us a beautiful Four Season Room! The project had the usual delays and frustrations that come with any project of this magnitude but the people that did the work delivered a beautiful result. Steve, the production manager, was excellent in keeping us informed on a daily basis as to what to expect every day and always remained positive about everything. Mike, the contractor, and his workers worked hard and sometimes late into the night in order to get the job done before our new driveway was to be put in. Carmelo, the mason was top notch also. We are very pleased and very thankful for our beautiful sunroom to enjoy for years to come!

We worked with Third Space to renovate our Kitchen in 2023 and we are incredibly happy with the end result! Design staff was very easy to work with and responsive when we asked for updates. Our construction project manager incredibly personable, very easy to reach and couldn't have been more attentive. Things always cost more than you think, but our expectations were properly set at the beginning and Third Space worked with us to make sure things stayed right in line. And they finished the job right on schedule! We were very pleased with the whole process, and the work done has made living in our house so much better!

Third Space Builders just finished adding a portico to our house and we couldn't be happier with the job they did! They removed our front step area and walkway and added a curved portico and new walkway in just a months time. We were fortunate to not have many rain delays. Kenton and TJ worked on our project and they are the nicest, most talented, meticulous workers you will ever find. They made sure we were happy every step of the way. We had several quotes on our job from other companies and Third Space was very competitive. Just so happy we went with them! Communication with the company is wonderful - you are always up to date on what is happening. We would not hesitate to recommend them to our family and friends. This company is doing everything right!!
