Third Federal Savings & Loan

I made an appointment with Christine at this location and when I arrived to speak about important information with her regarding a construction loan she was not there that day. Therefore, if she would've taken my information in the beginning maybe she could have rescheduled. However, she didn't and when I showed up I was given another representative to talk with who did not have a clear understanding of how construction loans worked. In the end, I was not provided with the information that I needed and will definitely be going with another lender in the future.

Arrived and when I walked in the door it was like a ghost town! Wasn't greeted with a hello nothing, then I waited for what seemed 15 minutes with not a word or acknowledging I was there waitinf, not even a sorry will be with you in just a few!! NOTHING!! POOR BUSINESS!!

The loan officer I spoke withwas friendly & considerate. I was recommended to 3rd Federal as the best local institution to get a home loan

I have been banking at this location for 20 years and I always find the service very cordial and diligent. Thank you to all employees of this branch.
