If I could give more stars, I would. This team is absolutely incredible and worked so hard to find us a home that works for our family, not just now but down the road. They will give you no BS when it comes to touring homes and dissecting the house into one that will inspect well. They have made the home buying process as low stress as possible. Lauren and Daisy are wonderful and trust them when it comes to any and all things real estate. Also if you want to talk books, they have great recommendations.

Dear Shannon and Charity, I went through a very challenging time last year in 2024. My dear Uncle had a massive stroke and in a split second I had to make some big decisions on selling our estate. I reached out to Shannon who has helped with many of our friends find homes and sell homes. I know a few other realtors, but asked her and to help sell our place that my Uncle and I shared. We discussed the situation, then signed a contract. My Uncle suffered a massive stroke and I spent my days between getting estate sale stuff ready, things fixed in the home, visiting my Uncle at the hospital everyday after moving things, fixing things etc. I finally started listening to Shannon (realtor) and after the Estate sale was done, She made everything else so easy. My fiancee and I worked with Laurie at Think Real Estate for our first home purchase. She is incredible! She gave us very detailed overview of the process, so that we knew what to expect / when to expect it. She and the team accommodated our crazy schedule to get viewings in after work and on the weekends. Their attention to detail helped us to find a house below our budget that fit all of our needs. She even took a picture of us receiving the keys to share with our families :) Loved working with this team, and Laurie in particular! Can't recommend highly enough.
