Don't recommend. All about looks. 3 inpections in less than a year, 2 within a week of each other. The 2nd inspection which was in October turned out to just be them trying to sell the unit in which they actually decided to fix issues noted during an inspection in April. Overcharged for rent even though they're "hud" compliant for now. $400-500 for a 1" x 3" cat scratch next to a door frame that they claimed was ok to leave be till move out, then all of a sudden its a hazard even though you'd have to be dry humping the doorframe to even remotely step on it. Not to mention constant notices and reminders which are basically cleaning list your mother would give you for chores and the other half is usually regarding neighbor kids living outside of the property doing damages (which management i

Working with Gaylene at Thies & Talle Management has been a great experience! She is professional, responsive, & consistently attentive to detail. I highly recommend working with her!

If only I could give negative stars I would. This is the worst management company I have ever dealt with. I've lived in my place for many years, (only because of the location) and it has done nothing but go down hill. The good managers and maintenance people never stay or Thies and Talle gets rid of them. Then a new one comes in who is absolutely worthless and has no idea what she is doing. As soon as my lease is up. I am out and will NEVER AGAIN, rent a place managed by these people. To anyone looking for a place to rent. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT rent a place managed by Thies and Talle.

I am very grateful to my maintenance team. Especially when it comes to Conner and Eric I am very impressed with how well things have turned around in less than a years time! Conner and Eric are both very easy to talk to, they even seen my cat was in the hallway, it was still early, and they felt terrible waking me up but they def knew I would rather have my kitty in the house, not even a maintenance request, just good people looking out. I feel pretty fortunate to have such a great couple of guys working their asses off, for our community, turning things around big time! Don't Rent from this company - they are souless. My Mom was renting in Plymouth,MN and passed away. When they returned the damage deposit they made the check out to her - making it very difficult for us to cash. They refused to re issue the check even when presented with a death certificate. Corp greed at its finest. Note: the management at the actual sight was very helpful throughout the moving out process. Note: Just to be clear we talked to management office several times with no solutions.
