I would love to give The Pearl five stars because the front office staff are truly wonderful. Kaylie and Jamie were always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. We primarily worked with Kaylie, and she consistently went above and beyond to assist us during our time there. Living in the unit itself was a great experience. We always felt safe, the location in Daybreak is fantastic, and the views are beautiful. If you are looking to live in the Daybreak area but are not ready to purchase a home, I would definitely recommend The Pearl. Unfortunately, our experience during the move-out process was less positive. At that stage, everything is handled by the parent company, Kairoi Residential. This complex looked great during the tour, but actually living here has been a very different experience. The front office was consistently chaotic and disorganized. We were offered eight weeks free and made it clear from the beginning that we planned to spread that credit across our lease. Later, when their system had issues, the office blamed us for “misusing” the credit, even though they were fully aware of our arrangement. Communication from the front office, including from Jamie and Kylie, was often frustrating and unhelpful. Interactions felt unprofessional at times, which only added to the ongoing issues rather than resolving them. I recently toured this apartment community and had a really great experience. Kaylie was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I walked in. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a really nice atmosphere. You can tell they take pride in the community. Overall, I left feeling very impressed and excited about the possibility of living here. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re looking for a new place!

I've been living here for almost three months now, and it has truly been the best decision we've made. The maintenance team is amazing every work order I've submitted has been completed the very same day. Jamie and Kaylie in the office are always so friendly, and ready to help with anything I need. It really makes a difference to feel supported and valued as a resident.
