Thea's Landing

So new resident here and been here for two months. Roxanne was wonderful since day 1 moving! Any issues I've had were quickly resolved or acknowledged by staff. Yes the place is pricey. However, my previous apartments I had issues or headaches. At Thea's landing, I'm able to come home drama free

My husband and I rented at Thea’s Landing for 4 months in between the sale and purchase of a home. I can’t say enough good things about Thea’s. The front office staff is amazing. All of the individuals I worked with were friendly, professional and hard working. A team member always got right back to me whenever I had a question. Special recognition goes to Brandie, who was just so great to work with and so warm. The unit we rented was a 1 bedroom with a den on the water side (with a beautiful view). It fit our needs perfectly. We had previously lived at the Esplanade next door, which is known for being quiet because of the type of construction. I was so impressed with how quiet Thea’s was. I think it might have been even more quiet than the Esplanade! Very rarely did I hear anyone above

This place has it all, great location, great management, great views and super convenient to bus/train/light rail transit. It also has great extras like a dog washing station, dry cleaning pick up and delivery and beautiful community room. Its really nice to live in an area that the rest of Tacoma comes to for special events and enjoying the outdoors!

I have been lucky enough to be a resident of Theas Landing for the past seven years, and I couldn't be happier with my living experience here. From the moment I moved in, I felt welcomed and at home. The building is well-maintained, with clean and modern amenities that make everyday living comfortable and convenient. One of the standout aspects of living here is the exceptional management, particularly our building manager, Erika. She is truly fantastic--always approachable, friendly, and quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests. Thea's Landing was by far the best apartment we have EVER lived in. All the staff from the leasing office to maintenance works very hard and is very attentive with the residents. They take great pride and detail in making Thea's feel like a home. Great amenities and fun monthly resident events really makes this place a gem. The building is in a great location in Tacoma, very walkable to many places. The only reason we left was because we purchased a home. But if I could buy a unit and Thea's and stay there permanently, I'd do it in a heartbeat!
