The Zenith

I’ve been living at this community in downtown Baltimore and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best apartment experiences I’ve had. From day one, the staff has been warm, responsive, and extremely professional. Every time I’ve had a question, request, or needed support, management handled it quickly and with a great attitude. The building itself is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The hallways, elevators, lobby, and common areas are always spotless. I really appreciate how secure the building is — the controlled access, well-lit parking areas, and overall environment make me feel safe and comfortable coming and going, especially at night. My apartment is beautiful. The layout is modern, the finishes are updated, and the natural lighting is perfect. It genuinely feels like home. M

We moved to Zenith in 2017 and we have renewed our lease 5 times since then. The location of Zenith is simply unbeatable - you are in the middle of the city and still your residence is private, quiet and the most importantly "Super Safe". The community is all what you need - a safe indoor garage parking, 24x7 Concierge, a cool gym, lounge area and my apartment gets an amazing view of the city and the stadium! I can sit by the large Venetian style windows and watch the city skyline! And now the best part - The building management staff!! We stayed at The Zenith through Pelican Properties in Baltimore. It was perfect! We were literally across the street from Camden Yards! The location was perfect & within walking distance to everything! The view was amazing & it was the perfect amount of space for our family of 5. The front desk employees were also great! They had so much great information to give us about the city & helped us immensely with transpiration questions. There are so many different trains/trams and other forms of public transportation in that area. On our final day our flight was leaving much later than our check-out time & they had other guests arriving so we couldn’t get late check out but they let us leave our luggage at the front desk & locked it away for us until we came back before our flight. We lived at the Zenith for four years and only recently moved away to buy a house. We loved every minute of our time here! Every staff member we’ve dealt with has been professional and courteous, and on the rare occasion that we had a maintenance issue, Matt went above and beyond to quickly fix anything we needed! Of course we made great use of living across the street from Camden Yards, but it’s also an easy walk to the Hippodrome and to the inner harbor. And when the weather isn’t great for walking around, there’s nothing more relaxing than watching the rain through the full height windows!!

Currently live here, the building is advertised as non smoking but that couldn’t be further from the truth. At night it constantly smells like marijuana and it’s very nauseating. The management doesn’t do anything about it besides sending non-smoking reminders. For the price that this place costs to live here it’s unacceptable.
