I worked with Young and his team on the purchase of two homes in the past 7 years. I was a first-time home buyer when I met Young in 2016, and he provided a lot of guidance throughout the process. After a short period of time, I eventually bought a nice condo in Southie. Young was also able to negotiate money off of the final offer that was accepted. We stayed in contact and when I needed another home in 2022 to accommodate a family, I did not hesitate to reach out to Young. He and his team were just as responsive and informative as the first time I worked with them. I bought a beautiful home in Swampscott with their help. Young knocked it out of the park for us! We started looking to buy our first home during the height of the buying craze late 2021 and Young helped us navigate the conditions in the way that only someone with extensive knowledge, experience, and care for his clients could. Young took the time to understand our criteria and suggest appropriate neighborhoods and listings to go see. He'd help us select the houses we wanted to see every week and then pick us up (always early or on time!) and take us to see a variety of houses in the greater Boston area in a timely manner. He'd then give an honest opinion of what was good/lacking about a house, and whether the price was fair.
