Been a long couple of years. It has been a long process for sure. Any house that came up on the market that we were interested in David made sure we were always able to view it in a timely fashion. Sometimes with different agents but we always got to decide to make an offer in a timely fashion. Mary Ann was the best. Very knowledgeable and informative on homes. We lost out on several houses due to the over bidding, we were never discouraged because we knew that one day it would happen. We had a great support team. MaryAnn and David made it happen on the home we now live in. They are both very knowledgeable. David went above and beyond with every little detail. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We found the perfect agent! I first came into contact with Dillon from The Young Agency after finding a property on Zillow. From the very beginning, he was responsive, professional, and genuinely dedicated to helping us find the right home. Even though most of the properties we were interested in were outside of his usual service area, Dillon was more than willing to go the extra mile — literally — to help us. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we had a few houses fall through along the way, but Dillon’s commitment to us never wavered. Over the past six months, he’s been patient, supportive, and incredibly helpful through every step of the process. I’m happy to say that we finally found our perfect property and officially closed last week. We couldn’t have done it without him!

Dillon was been absolutely amazing to work with! He is super friendly, family-oriented, and just an all-around great guy. Helpful throughout the process! We first started working with Jennifer Young for the home search and finished with David for the closing. Both of them were professional and knew the area well. In addition to working with the Young Team, they were able to refer us to a lawyer, a mortgage broker, and an insurance agent who were local and able to assist with all the details involved in the purchase of a new home. It made a what could have been a stressful process a little easier to navigate.

We hit the lotto when we were assigned Ashley for our real estate agent! We were looking to purchase our first home and weren't very knowledgeable regarding the process, but Ashley helped us every step of the way. She was dedicated to finding our perfect home no matter how many dirty, dingy basements she had to delve into. She was an absolute DREAM to work with and I'm 100% sure we would not have found a house we loved without her help. It's clear she not only loves her job, but is a skilled real-estate agent and is not afraid to stand up for her clients against greedy banks (we discovered this from personal experience). If we had to do the process all over again, we would pick Ashley every time without hesitation!
