Maintenance has been a major issue during my time here. They are rarely on time, and it usually takes at least a full week before anyone shows up. The appliances are old, have a persistent bad smell, and getting anything replaced is almost impossible. Pest problems are another ongoing issue, and despite multiple reports, no one was ever sent to properly address it. For paying over $2,000 a month, the value simply isn’t there. At this point, it makes far more sense to buy a home and pay a lower mortgage for something newer, cleaner, and better maintained. I’m genuinely disappointed with the overall living experience.

I lived in this apartment complex last year. The first 6 months or so we lived there were fine, we didn't have any problems. Then things started to go downhill fast. Our upstairs neighbors threw loud parties on weeknights, often until 2 or 3 in the morning. They would jump up and down and blast music so loud, it sounded like our ceiling was going to fall in. During one of their parties, our upstairs neighbors actually threw up on to our balcony. In a completely separate instance, someone got drunk and explosively vomited all over the hallway. It was spattered up and down the stairs, and in pools on the floor. It didn't get cleaned up for weeks, which feels kind of like a biohazard. I experienced enough vomit in this apartment to last the rest of my life. One time there was what seemed to b

We have lived here for a few years and it has gone downhill. We’ve had some great property managers all throughout the years, but the trash and then consideration from our fellow neighbors has just gotten out of hand our elderly neighbors have to pick up the trash when they shouldn’t have to it would be a nice area if people just cleaned up after themselves but every other day there is chicken wings bones in the hallway our apartment main door is cracked. It’s just a shame. 1650 plus a utility reimbursement for no gym no pool! Just TRASH and trashy people

Waited for an hour to view an apartment and no one ever showed up. When we called to see what the hold up was, (Viewing was at 11am, at this point it was about 11:30am) we were told someone came out 20 mins ago and didn’t see us parked. We were parked right outside of leasing office watching the doors— no one came out. We were then told someone would be out to show us the apartment . Waited 10 more minutes and still no appearance from anyone. This was not a very good first impression for prospective renters.

Parking for handicapped visitors is very unclear or just doesn't exist. More signage for increased visibility would be helpful. I spoke with the manager and she acted like she couldn't be bothered. It seems like visitors are not welcome. Also the dumpster area is always cluttered with trash and abandoned furniture.
