I lived here for six years (2019–2025), and overall, it has been a wonderful experience. The community is quiet, spacious, and bright, with plenty of storage and a strong sense of safety. It’s very convenient to go out, and the property management team is responsive and always quick with repairs. The only issue I’ve had is with the washing machine installed in the kitchen — the open drainage system means that if the pipes get clogged or slow down, water may overflow. It only happens about once a year, but it’s still quite frustrating. I even proposed a solution with an automatic shut-off system, but unfortunately, nothing was implemented. Despite this, I’ve truly enjoyed living here and still think it’s a great place to call home.

This apartment was horrible. The only good part was the maintenance man that drove around on the golf cart. Bigger guy, think his name is Juan. He went above and beyond and tried his best to make things right. He would even stop to take my trash out of my hands and take it to the dumpster for me. The neighborhood is scary to say the least, and I felt unsafe. There were repeated wasp infestations on my porch and nothing was professionally done about them. There were constant issues of bugs crawling up our drains, our water being shut off with little notice, our air conditioner breaking, lights falling out of the ceiling, closet rods breaking multiple times with no adequate fixes resulting in me getting out of pocket fixes, the door in my bedroom didn't close, the front door had a gap under

I had a lease with them from July 2024 to August 2025. The staff was friendly but that’s the only good thing about this complex. I resided in a 2 bed 1.5 townhouse for $1650 a month. A couple months living there I realized the other tenants have moved out of the building I was living in. Shortly after they left, I had rats and roaches slowly invading my apartment. My water heater on the second floor was leaking down to my kitchen. The maintenance man drilled one huge hole and a smaller hole above my kitchen sink to identify the problem just to say “I’ll have to call someone out for this.” Patched up the bigger hole, attempted to cover the smaller hole. We needed a short term lease and everyone was super helpful getting it done so quickly! Lucia was the one who helped us, and she was amazing and got everything we needed done even quicker than we could have ever expected!

I highly recommend this apartment complex. I lived here for a year during my last year of school. The complex is pretty well located. They just opened a Publix right across the street (10 mins walking distance, 5 mins if you J walk). There’s a plaza across the street with a Cuban restaurant- Mi Apa (3 min J walk), PDQ (5 min J walk), and one street after the plaza is Famous Burrito (7-8 min J walk). It would take you longer to drive to them than to walk because of the 2 minute red lights. Everyone is right about how great Juan, the maintenance guy, is. He literally would fix work orders the day after it was submitted. He would come every 3ish months to change the AC filter without requesting a work order.
