Property has declined! not just physically, but in how tenants are treated. Truly deserving of 0 stars. Management and even corporate staff are rude, dismissive, and lacks basic empathy. I’ve never called the office cursing, irate, or fussing or been a rude tenant, because that’s not who I am, never been that way. As a long-term tenant, I expected at least some level of respect, but that simply isnt there. There is mold in several areas of the unit, especially in the garage. I reported this more than once, but it was never removed. The exterior wood near the entrance is also extremely old and attracted wasps, both my daughter and I were stung and management was also made aware of these incidents. POOR MANAGEMENT, BROKEN GARAGE DOORS & FALSE SENSE OF ACCOUNTABILITY are the Three main topics you will need to know before moving into here. The current management that resides at the Wyndham are extremely biased when it comes to ensuring tenants have an equal living experience. The office led by C. Cooper recently kicked out a tenant without a proper 30 day notice just because they we’re not happy with the tenants tone when notifying them of his neighbors submitting false claims of noise disturbance in which they did nothing about to further investigate They did not present him with any evidence or reasoning to their decision and when he was able to support the evidence of them not giving him proper notice they attempted to cover it up by extending the deadline without reason.. I have lived at the Wyndham apts. since 2009. I felt at home since then and I still feel at home today. I am thankful for the staff and support I was given then and now. It’s 2025 and I am still here. Thank God for my HOME.

Taijha was a great leasing agent. She helped me find the exact apartment that I needed. Very professional! I had minor issues upon move-in and she took care of them all IMMEDIATELY!!! 10/10 highly recommended!

I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE ZERO!! This place is horrible to live in. The appliances are very old and dated. They only have one dumpster for the entire complex and it’s only emptied on Monday’s. So the smell is horrible!! Please don’t go at nighttime because the rats will attack you. Also, they will go up on your rent, whenever they feel like it. They also made it where, you can only pay your rent through a portal. No checks or money orders. Please don’t order anything and have it delivered, because you will never get it. Now on to the staff. They have a very high turnover rate. Not to mention, everyone in the office has a very nasty attitude. Especially the new property manager Kimberly. All they do is sit around and eat and gossip!!
